In pursuant of the Real Property Law 442-H, the VanDyke Agency LLC and the VanDyke Agency LLC d/b/a On Point Property Management has developed Standardized Operating Procedures related to property showings and representation of Buyer clients. As a company policy we do not require Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreements or Proof of Identification to schedule appointments, show real estate, or represent Buyers of Real Estate. We do require proof of funds, dated within 30 days, or lender Pre-Approval Documents, dated within 30 days, to schedule appointments, show real estate, and represent Buyers of Real Estate. Said documents will be provided by the Real Estate Agent or Associate Real Estate Broker to the Company prior to any real estate activities being performed and will be kept on file indefinitely. Any office locations, broker websites or marketing, agent websites or marketing shall reflect these Standardized Operating Procedures properly and in compliance with the State of NY and a copy of our Standardized Operating Procedures will be attached to any MLS listing within 24 hours of being activated. As a Real Estate Agent or Associate Real Estate Broker of the VanDyke Agency LLC I agree to and commit to following through with the guidelines of this Real Estate Law and agree to comply with the policy of the VanDyke Agency LLC and/or its affiliates.
